Chatillon | DG Series Mechanical Force Gauges

DG series is an excellent and cheap solution for tensile or compressive tests up to 500 lbf (2,5 kN). This mechanical force meter has a dial of 2,25 inches and it can be used as a portable device or you can add the optional set of handgrips.

Chatillon DG series is a low cost force measurement solution, ideal for a wide range of force tests.

DG series mechanical dynamometers are equipped with a dial of 2,25 inches and a peak maintenance button in order to acquire peak readings and an easy return to zero. The concentric dial works only in clockwise direction and it rotates 360 degrees for the calibration. DG series is equipped with a universal mounting plate and a mechanical overload function protects the tool from damages.

This mechanical force meter has an accuracy on +0,5 % of the full scale and it can be used as a portable force meter or with the optional set of handgrips. In combination with MT500 series mechanical test bench, DG series offers a versatile and cheap test system with a capacity of up to 500 lbf (2,5 kN).
