Chatillon | MT Manual Test Stand

MT series is a manual test stand for force measurement applications with an up to 2,5 kN (500 lbf) capacity.
The test stand can be assembled on bench, to the wall or placed horizontally.

Chatillon MT series manual test stand is a flexible and easy to use solution for force measurement. It is available in two versions: MT150 with a 660N capacity (150 lbf) and MT500 with a 2,5 kN capacity (500 lbf).

The 150 mm (6 inches) gorge makes MT series perfect for testing large-scale samples and the removable plate is designed to accomodate metric and imperial threaded devices.

This manual test stand is ideal for traction, compression, adhesion and bending tests.

It can be equipped with a fast-acting lever or a precision handwheel for speed and crosshead travel control.

MT series manual test stand are often used with DFX II dynamometer to verify the force required to press a button or with LG mechanical dynamometer to make low load capacity tensile tests, for example at the end of the production line where caps are placed on spray bottles. They are also used to test the force required to fold a box of cardboard into the correct shape.
