CS2 tension-compression machines are revolutionary systems used for production tests on medical devices, plastic, packaging, fabrics, rubber and electronics.

CS2 are high-quality machines, sturdy, optimized for production and laboratory testing for up to 5 kN (1100 lbf).

Easy and intuitive, these machines are suitable for tensile testing and compression testing, cutting testing, bending testing and advanced multi-stage tests, according to ISO and ASTM regulations.

CS2 series is equipped with a robust and reliable for the production environment 2 in 1 laptop console with a 13” touchscreen. The display offers both graphic and tabular results on a very intuitive user interface, regardless of the operator’s ability. It takes only few clicks to set up the test and generate a report.

The adjustable parameters include limit testing (load, distance and time), breaking tests, cyclical testing and loop, multi-stage tests defined by the user, calculation of the oscillation frequency and height measurement.

CS2 series is available in two versions, with the capacity of the chassis of 1 kN (225 lbf) e 5 kN (1124 lbf). 

The 1kN version (CS2-225) offers a wide working area with a depth of the gorge of 180 mm and a stroke length of 500 mm.
CS2-1100 offers a depth of the gorge of 150 mm and a stroke length of 800 mm and it’s perfect to test applications up 5 kN.

Both models have a velocity precision better than 1%.

Personal computers, property software and knowledge of programming language are not required.
