NEXYGEN Plus: multi-lingual material testing software, for Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Easy and flexible, this software integrates with Microsoft Office suite.

The software allows to control and monitor the measuring system, which can analize data for every kind of test (traction, compression, peeling, bending etc.), assuring quick and reliable results.

With NEXYGEN Plus software the user can set routine tests simply choosing one of the wide range of pre-defined test set-up based on international standards, ASTM, DIN, EN, ISO and much more; it is also possible to create an advanced multi-stage test following the user’s needs, using the same program.

Application areas are endless and they include plastic materials, metal, rubber, building materials, testing of components, test products, textile products, paper, wood, medical devices and much more. The software can also capture images and videos and it has a security module and an audit trail in order to assure 100% of traceability and full automation capability to make automated tests and and many other.

How does the Software work?

Most common test settings are divided into categories: every category has different methodologies that follow the main technical rules. Every test methodology allows to set and adjust the execution parameters according to user’s requests. You can find all the test choices in guided menus.

After completing the test settings and determining all the parameters, NEXYGEN Plus generates a configuration file that contains all the information.

Test execution is constantly controlled by the software. Machines that are linked to NEXYGEN Plus transmit the acquired values and represent graphically the trend in real time. The graph is a X/Y Cartesian plane, where it’s possible to vary units of measurement and the graphic scales even during the measurement.

NEXYGEN Plus has numerous calculation formulas, with the possibility to make statistical control. The software also includes statistical functions such as analisys of means, standard deviation, coefficient of variance, maximum and minimum values and it represents X-R control charts, bar chart and Gaussian curve. The program has also a data bank function with the possibility of data interrogation, even crosstab.

Every operator can be classified creating their own account with password.

The software is provided with driver for LabView of National Instruments’ data acquisition and Microsoft VB software libraries in order to allow the writing of personal programs regardless of the manufacturer.
