LD series test machines are excellent for testing plastic, rubber, wood, packaging, bulding materials, metal and automotive components. In order to test large-sized samples or make assembly testing, these machines can be assembled on a floor compression cage.

Lloyd Instruments LD series test machines combine high performance, ease of use and flexibility. These universal material testing machines are ideal for applications up to 100kN (22480 lbf) and they are designed for routine quality control tests, automated tests and multi-phase tests.
All LD series test machines have an extra-large work area of 452 mm (17,8 inches) and a crosshead travel up to 1070 mm (42 inches) extensible to 1669 mm (65,7 inches).
The high rigidity chassis has a cross guide system in order to avoid side loading of the sample that needs to be tested.
Interchangeable load cells assure high precision and optimize test machines work for tension, compression and cycle up to zero measurements.
The advanced internal electronics combines an electric motor with preloaded ball screws for a better movement precision.
NEXYGEN Plus software interacts with the most common spreadsheets and writing sheets such as Excel and Word (free solutions are included), so you can transfer test results directly on your business models.

The wide range of pre-built tests covers most international measuring standards.
It is also available an optional tablet. When you link the LD tester to the tablet, the machine becomes independent and all test data are loaded directly on the tablet, so you won’t need a computer.
With an intuitive interface and rapid test capability, to set up a test and to export the outcomes requires only a few steps.
Test results can be exported on .pdf and .csv file format.
