LLOYD | Universal Testing Machines up to 5 kN

Lloyd series LS are universal material testing machines, easy to use, ideal for up to 5kN material testing (1124 lbf). These machines use precision interchangeable YLC series load cells for tension, compression and cycle through zero force measurements with a precision of ± 0,5% from 1% to 100% of the load cell value.

LS series has a wide work area and it is available in three dimensions and capacities: LS1 (up to 1kN/225 lbf), LS2.5 (up to 2,5 kN/562 lbf) and LS5 (5 Kn/1124 lbf).

These material testing machines have a control console with a multifunction keyboard and a backlit LCD display, to visualize load and extension information. The control console visualizes prompt and menu that lead the user through various machine operations.

With interchangeable handles and the wide range of tests you can do using NEXYGEN Plus software, LS series material testing machines are ideal for product development, production tests and quality control.

NEXYGEN Plus Software interacts with Excel and Word, so it’s possible to transfer test results directly on your business model.

It is also available a high speed version of LS5 tester. With test and return speed of 2032 mm/min (80 in/min), LS5HS is ideal for high volume applications and automation solutions where the attention for the production is really high.
