LLOYD | Long Travel Extensometers

There are available two extensometers with long run for material testing: EZ250 Plus and EX800 Plus.

The first one, EZ250 Plus, is for plastic and rubber industries, in order to supply accurate deformation and extension readings on a wide range of materials.
The unit, that incorporates two clamping arms and precision potentiometers, produces a DC voltage proportional to the distance between the arms. That generates accurate readings of the percentage strain and allows the calculation of additional parameters like yield point and break points when the strain gauge is used with NEXYGEN Plus Software.

The second one, EX800 Plus, is suited to test rigid, semi-rigid and ductile materials.
The strain gauge is equipped with an external universal voltage power supply, a chassis, a connector in order to adapt to a wide range of machines and a mounting support.
